8 Maintenance
8.1 Maintenance table
Service the system within the indicated intervals in order to ensure:
– Safety of the operator
– Best performance
– Best reliability
Disconnect the system from
the power unit before servicing.

Weekly Check the guiding devices for
- wear Replace before they scratch
the tracks
Weekly Check coupling for
- leakage
- damage Replace leaking or damaged
couplings
Every sixmonths Check tension of toothed belt tension belt
Annualy Change lubricant of feeding gear
Annualy Major service Only carried out by
HYDROSTRESS or an
authorised HYDROSTRESS-
representation
