“Meter” Function
Block
1 - 99 (%)
25(%)
Phase Loss Imbalance Threshold in percent. For
a 3-phase Y(3+N) system (type 40), both Line
to Neutral and Line to Line voltages are tested.
In a 3-phase delta system (type 31), only the
Line to Line voltages are examined. In a single
split-phase (2+N) system (type 12), just the
Line to Neutral voltages are compared.
cpDemSubintLen

“Meter” Function
Block
0, 10 - 32767

900 (seconds)
Sub-Interval Length in seconds. For sync-to-
comms, set this to 0 and use nviDemSubintRes
to externally restart the sub-interval.
cpDemSubintCnt
UCPTDemSubintCnt
(UCP_Type_1 w/o

(SNVT_count ref.)

“Meter” Function
Block

1
Number of Sub-Intervals per Demand Interval.
Sets the number of sub-intervals that make
a single demand interval. For block demand,
set this to 1.

Limits the total number of updates sent out per
second for network variables in the following
categories: Energy, Power, Voltage, Current,
Power Factor, Frequency, Pulse Counters,
Startup Count, and Alerts. If more than the
number of updates specified is queued to be
sent out in any 1 second period, the excess
updates are delayed until the next second
to reduce network traffic. This configuration
property is provided to give rough burst
control. The number of packets sent per
second will vary based on the connection
types (ACK, UNACK, etc.) and updates from
other network variables that are not controlled
by this configuration property.

network variables

15 seconds
Throttle for all energy output network variables.
After propagation of a network variable,
updates to the same network variable are
blocked for the time set by this configuration
property. The configuration property is shared,
but each energy output network variable has
its own independent throttle counter that
resets to the value specified by this CP after it
has been propagated.
cpAllPower

network variables
0 - 1 hour,

15 seconds
Throttle for all power output network variables.
After propagation of a network variable,
updates to the same network variable are
blocked for the time set by this configuration
property. The configuration property is shared,
but each power output network variable has
its own independent throttle counter that
resets to the value specified by this CP after it
has been propagated.
cpAllVoltage

network variables
0 - 1 hour,

13 seconds,
500ms (6553.5

15 seconds
Throttle for all voltage output network
variables. After propagation of a network
variable, updates to the same network
variable are blocked for the time set by this
configuration property. The configuration
property is shared, but each voltage output
network variable has its own independent
throttle counter that resets to the value
specified by this CP after it has been
propagated.
