The clip is updated as well as well as the IN, Duration and OUT fields.
Note
If the original record train is still available, pressing the Ret button will
load the media on the same frame than the loaded clip. This will allow
retrieving media outside the original clip boundaries.
8.2 HOW TO MOVE ELEMENTS WITHIN A
PLAYLIST
To move elements within a playlist, you can choose to perform:
•
Cut/Copy/Paste operations in the Clip menu of the Clip-List tab in the Control
Panel as described in section ‘Cut/Copy/Paste an element’ on page 47.

A drag-and-drop operation within the Clip-List of the Control Panel as described
below:

Select the elements to be moved within the playlist.
For more information, see ‘Selection of Elements in a Playlist’ in section
2.9.7.

Drag the selected elements to the requested location within the playlist:
In the drag-and-drop operation, the new position is represented by a black
thick line.
The elements are dropped where the black line was displayed when you release
the left button of the mouse.
Note
When you move a group within another group, only the clips of the group
are moved but the group is deleted.
When you move a group after the last clip of another group or before the
heading of another group, the group is moved with all its elements.
