2. Select New from the contextual menu.
3. Complete the User Properties area
The following table describes the user properties.
Field Description
Account Enabled
checkbox Allows to enable or disable the selected account.
First Name field First Name of the new user.
Last Name field Last Name of the new user.
Login field Login, or user ID, of the new user.
Password button Used to create a password for the new user account or to modify
the password of an existing user account.
Description field Optional text to describe the user.
User Origin menu List of user origins defined from the Origin Manager.
See section "Origin Manager" on page 128.
User Role menu List of user roles defined from the User Role Manager.
See section "User Role Manager" on page 125.
Parameter Profile The parameters profiles can be set for each application in the
Software > Parameters Profiles category of Xedio Manager.
When no parameter profile has been defined for an application,
the default profile is used.
Last Logon Read-only field showing the last time the selected user has
logged on.
4. Click Save.
The user name is added to the User list.
11.4. Origin Manager
Introduction
This tool is used to define and manage the user origin, which provides a structure for each
user within the Xedio architecture. When a user account is created a user origin value is
entered for the user.
When you click the Origin Manager button, the Origin Manager window is displayed in
the Work area.
