1.11 Windows Users: Removing
the X5v

If you have Windows and want to remove your X5v—for instance,
if you move your computer to a location without ADSL service—

you should remove the software before disconnecting the

hardware.

From the desktop, select Start | Programs | Zoom VoIP

Gateway | Uninstall.

When prompted to confirm your choice, click Yes.

When the process is complete, you will be prompted to click

Finish.

Unplug your X5v hardware.
