Step Action
1 Configure the branch office zones and dialing plan. See Procedure
1 "Configuring ESN and SRG zones" (page 34) .
2 Configure the following telephone data in LD 11:
• Terminal type
• Customer Number
• TN
• Zone
• Prime DN to correspond to BUID
LD 11 Provision Branch User and SCPW at the main office
Prompt Response Description
REQ: NEW CHG Add new data, or change existing data.
TYPE: a
…a
Terminal type.
Type ? for a list of possible responses.
CUST xx Customer number as defined in LD 15.
ZONE 0-255 Zone number to which the IP Phone belongs.
The zone prompt applies only when the TYPE is 2001P2,
2002P1, 2002P2, 2004P1, 2004P2, 2050PC, 2007, 1110,
1120, 1140, 2210, 2211, 2212
Zone number is not checked against LD 117.
