To boot your Remote Annex 6300 from Flash ROM.

Enter the ROM Monitor prompt from the console.

Set the Internet address to a valid IP address and the subnet mask to
a valid mask using the addr command.

Set the interface sequence to self using the sequence command.

Boot the unit.
Invoking the Console Monitor
After the image boots, you can invoke a Console Monitor by pressing
on the console. At the Console Monitor prompt, entering help
or ? displays the available options:

(from the Remote Annex to the host and reboots).

?
(displays the available options).

info
(displays configuration information for the Remote
Annex).

leds
(displays the current front panel LED status).

quit
(exit the Console Monitor, e.g., quiet the console).

filename (reboots the Remote Annex).

(returns the Remote Annex to the ROM Monitor).
