Configuring Telephony Route Class of Service (COS)
Perform the following procedure to configure COS.
Configuring Telephony Route Class of Service (COS)
Step Action
1 Log on to the MCS Provisioning Client.
2 Under the Provisioning folder, expand the Domains folder.
3 Expand the folder for the domain that you are configuring.
4 Expand the Telephony Routes folder.
5 Click Routing COS.
The Class of Service Information page appears. See
Figure 29
"Class of Service information" (page 76) .

6 For Name , enter a name for the Class of Service.
7 For Description, enter a description for the Class of Service.
8 Click Save.
