Establishing the system baseline

Use the following table to complete system baselines prior to integration.

To check the CS 1000
software release:
1 Log on to Element
Manager.
2 On the left navigation
pane, select Home.
The Home System View
page appears.
3 In the Call Server section,
the software release is
referred to as Release.

311 is installed.
To check that a package is
installed:
1 Connect to the Call Server.
2 Enter LD 22.
3 Enter PRT.
4 Enter PKG
5 The package is loaded
if you do not receive a
“package is restricted”
message.

Converged Desktop
package 406 is installed.
To check that a package is
installed:
1 Connect to the Call Server.
2 Enter LD 22.
3 Enter PRT.
