Defining LDN0
Before you begin the integration, perform the following procedure to check
that LDN0 is defined.
If LDN0 is not defined, complete the procedure

Connect to the Call Server.

Enter LD 21.

At the REQ prompt, enter PRT.

At the TYPE prompt, enter ldn_data.
5
At the CUST prompt, enter the customer number.

Check that LDN0 is defined.
If LDN0 is not defined, complete the following procedure.

At the TYPE prompt, enter ldn_data.
