Incoming calls during a call
You may need to register for this
service with your service provider
and set your phone accordingly. Dur-
ing a call, you may be advised that
there is another call waiting. You will
hear a special tone during the call
(page 121). You have the following
options:
Accepting the waiting call in addition to
the first
§Swap§ / A Accept the waiting call.
The current call is put
on hold.
To swap between the two calls when
two connections are established,
always press A .
Rejecting the waiting call
§Reject§ Press.
Accepting the waiting call, ending the
current call
B
End the current call.
C
Accept the new call.
Ending calls
B
Press the End key briefly.
Or
§Options§ Open menu and
select Drop .
After the Return to held call? display,
you have the following options:
§Yes§ You accept the held call.
§No§ You end the held call.

Call up to 5 parties one by one and
link them together in a multiparty
call. Some of the functions described
may not be supported by your serv-
ice provider or may have to be
enabled specially.
Once a call has already been
established:
§Options§ Open menu and select
Hold call . The current call
is put on hold.
J Dial a new number. When
the new connection is
established …
§Options§ … open menu and select
Conference . The held call
is joined.
Repeat procedure until all partici-
pants are linked together (up to
5 participants).
Ending a conference
Ending all calls
B All calls in the multiparty
conversation are ended
when the End key is
pressed.
Ending one call
§Options§ Open menu and select
Drop . Then select the call
to be ended.
