The VR-509 enables images to be viewed on single screens,
split screens, and sequential screens.
* It is not possible to change the sequential display when the
playback screen is being displayed.
• The SPLIT display indicator and the SEQUENCE display
indicator are both extinguished.
„ Press buttons [1] to [9] to switch to the required camera
input.
„ Press the [SPLIT] button to display the SPLIT screen
that was previously set up.
„ Press the [SEQUENCE] button for at least one second
to activate the automatic single screen.
„ Press [SEQUENCE] when the single screen is being
displayed.
• The SPLIT display indicator will be extinguished and the
SEQUENCE display indicator will be illuminated.
„ Press the [SEQUENCE] button for at least one second
to display the fixed single screen.
„ Press [SEQUENCE] when the split screen is being
displayed.
• The SPLIT display indicator and the SEQUENCE display
indicator will be both illuminated.
„ Press the [SEQUENCE] button for at least one second
to display the “QUAD” screen.
• The SPLIT display indicator will be illuminated, and the
SEQUENCE display indicator will be extinguished.
1. Press [1] to display the “QUAD-A” screen.
2. Press [2] to display the “QUAD-B” screen.
3. Press [3] to display the “QUAD-C” screen.
4. Press [4] to display the “6 WAY” screen.
5. Press [5] to display the “9 WAY” screen.
* The screen layout for the split screens are set on the “LIVE
PICTURE” screen. (Page 23)
„ Press the [SPLIT] button to display the single screen.

The single screen that was previously set up will be
displayed.
„ Press the [SEQUENCE] button for at least one second
to activate QUAD SEQUENCE screen. (Possible only
when the “QUAD” screen is being displayed.)
* Sequential displays are not possible from “6 WAY” and
“9 WAY” screen.
