172 Troubleshooting
I cannot hear
others on my
phone. While on a call, rotate the rocker switch
up to increase the earpiece volume.
Also, make sure that your phone’s
earpiece is not blocked by its carrying
case.
How do I see
the calls I sent
or received? To see the most recent calls you dialed
or received:
1 Tap E Calls in the application launcher
screen.
2 Tap Answered Calls, Missed Calls, or
Dialed Calls.
3 Tap an entry to display call details.
4 Tap Call to call the entry’s number.
My phone’s
display is too
dark. Use the Brightness feature to change the
brightness level in your display (see
page 154).
You can also use the Backlight Sleep Time
feature to change the length of time that
the display backlight stays on (see
page 154).
My battery
didn’t last as
long as I
expected.
What can I do
to extend
battery life? Your battery’s performance is affected by
charge time, feature use, temperature
