7.2.2.5 Unconnected inputs
NOTE
If one of the MPP trackers (A or B) is not used, then it must be short-circuited, otherwise faults can
occur in the self-test of the unit and the feed-in operation is not guaranteed. The short-circuiting of
an MPP tracker does not result in the device being damaged.
The recommended standard connection or the parallel input connection should always be used as
a matter of course before an MPP tracker is short-circuited and therefore remains unused.
