data in order to provide you with the necessary assistance:
• Operating system of your computer
• Firmware version of the SC-COM
• Serial number and hardware version of the SC-COM
• Version of the printed circuit board of the SC-COM
• Type and serial numbers of the Sunny Central connected to your PV plant
• ZIP file with service information (see Section 9.2, page 39)
