9.2 Sending ZIP File with Service Information

In order to help you quickly and effectively, the SMA Service Line may require a ZIP file containing service information.

This ZIP file can be downloaded from the user interface. The files in the ZIP folder are protected with a service password.

Only the SMA Service Line employees can access the files.

Procedure:

1. Log in on the user interface.
2. Select Sunny Central > Info.
3. Create [Create Service info].

☑ A dialog box for downloading the ZIP file is opened.

4. Save the ZIP file on the computer.
5. Send the ZIP file to the SMA Service Line.
