YZ plane: Single hole
This function defines a single hole in the YZ plane. The hole may

Position - center point in Cartesian coordinates
Z Position - center point in Cartesian coordinates
PM Position - center point in polar coordinates
a Position - center point in polar coordinates (reference angle:
