Setting Soft Stops
Setting Soft Stops
Soft stops are software adjustable electrical limits for pan and tilt rotation.
•
The default soft stops for both pan and tilt are ± 178º.
•
If you install a prompter, you must set the tilt soft stops to ± 30º.
•
You may also have to change default pan/tilt soft stops to prevent the
camera and/or prompter from contacting an obstacle near the selected
mounting location.
•
To change the default soft stops, refer to the JSC-2300 SHOT Director
Robotics/Camera Controller Instruction Manual for procedures.
