Flash time and current drop generation time

 Min flash time(80~800msec): Specify the value of the flash (low),
If the phone-set’s flash time is smaller than the Flash Low setting, the
flash will be ignored.
 MAX flash time (80~800msec): Specify the value of the flash
(high), if the phone-set’s flash time is larger than the Flash high
setting, the flash will be handled as hang-up.
 Current Drop Times (msec): Specify the value of the current drop
times (generate – for FXS / detect – for FXO).
