Flash Point on LED Display when Output
Add the Long-term Signal Amplify Module
There is flash point on LED display when input sending card. This is
caused by signal attenuation, as well as long term attenuation, user can
buy long-term signal amplify module from our company.
APP Software cannot Properly Connected in Mobile
Phone or Tablet Computer
Confirm if the Device Install the Web Server
Module
Confirm if the @ icon on the OLED module is white background and black
text or black background and white text. If black background and white text,
the device doesn’t install the Web Server module, and without the APP and
network control function. If necessary, please contact our sales to buy.
Confirm if the Web Server Module Driver is
Normal
Push the [MENU] button, and choose , turn the knob to
choose , and confirm if show the Web COM/Web Server version
number, if show (N/A), it means the device doesn’t install the Web Server
module, or the module driver is not normal. If it has installed the Web
Server module, please contact our sales for the module driver or the driver
installation instruction.
