Confirm If the Core Board is Loose
If upgrade repair cannot solve this problem, please power off the device,
and remove four screws on core board, take out the core board, clean the
interface and install it again. Make sure it is fasten and then power on for
test. This operation need professional person. Make sure the electrostatic
protection and electric shock protection. If it cannot solve again, please
contact our sales.
No Display on LED Display when Output HDMI to Sending
Card
Set DVI for HDMI Output Format
Some sending cards cannot support HDMI signal format. User need to set
DVI for HDMI output format, operations are as follows: push the [MENU]
button, then choose , turn the knob and choose
Space/Sample/Bit>, choose the HDMI output format as DVI.
