device and settings. Allow changes to RTK
data port settings.

- verifies network connection
to check RTK status using an Internet service.

network connection to an Internet service
providing base RTK.
• QuickStart (StarFire™ Only):
Eliminates the
StarFire convergence period when
synchronized on a known point from the point
database or from a known ITRF-05/08
position.

StarFire™ corrections often take some
time to acquire high levels of accuracy. If
plans are to return to a previously
surveyed area, save time by storing a
known position to a reference file (*.ref).
Initialize the StarFire system with this
position upon returning to the site by
performing a Quickstart.
• Reset Receiver: Does a Warm boot. This is
the same as cycling the front panel power
switch.
• Hard Reset: replaces Factory Reset. Sends
commands to restore the receiver (out of the
box) to factory defaults. Clears almanac and
ephemeris configurations. User can then run a
script to configure. A warning message
appears: “Drastic measure, will take 15
minutes to recover.”
• Eject File Card
: Stops logging to an SD card.
