CRIND Keypad Layout
The CRIND keypad can have a 4 X 5 or 4 X 6 keypad, or a FlexPay
™
EPP keypad, which is a
4 X 4 keypad.
The position numbers of the keys on a 4 X 5 CRIND keypad are as follows:
Note: The function of the keys on the left half of the keyboard, that is, 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12,
13, 16, 17, and 18 cannot be changed.
The default function arrangement of the CRIND keypad is as follows:

The FlexPay EPP CRIND keypad is a 4 X 4 keypad that uses a row and column number
combination to identify the keypad key internally. The FlexPay EPP keypad is physically a
4 X 4 keypad. However, it can be programmed as a 4 X 6 keypad.
Note: The position numbers 1-3, 6-8, 11-13, 17-18 cannot be changed. They must be 123, 456,
789, C0E respectively.
