The first hex number is the modem type. Do not edit. This is referenced by the
MODEMS program.
The second number is the carrier wait timeout set in Network param.
The third number is the Instant-on timeout set in Network parameters.
Note: For remote club card authorization, contact your network representative.
Verification
Verification timeout (Routers): 60 set in Network parameters.
This should be a minimum of 45, but can also be set to 0 for no timeout.
