Load too heavy
Check load chart.
Low fluid level
Check and fill as needed.
Suction line blocked
Remove hose and clear blockage.
Pressure line blocked
Remove hose and clear blockage.
Operator is in seat
Get out of seat.
Enable switch not turned on
Turn on loader/driver enable switch.
Main relief valve setting too low
or not working properly
Check and adjust.
Poor loader/driver
performance
Pump speed
Check pump size and engine speed
for proper oil flow. Check oil flow with
flow meter installed in pressure line.
Low fluid level
Check and fill.
Main relief valve setting
Check and adjust.
Worn pump, motor or cylinder
Replace bad part.
Blocked filters
Check suction and return filters.
Low hydraulic fluid temperature
Circulate fluid to warm.
Pressure or suction lines
blocked
Check lines; clean and repair.
Load too heavy
Check load chart.
Noise
Pump area
Circulate oil to warm; check suction
line; fill reservoir.
Cylinders
Check for damage to cylinders.

Check rotation bearing; lubricate
