when the Unit is in Use
• Do not place heavy objects on the unit as this may
cause it to fall or break which may result in personal
injury and/or property damage. In addition, the
object itself may fall off and cause injury and/or
damage.
• If dust accumulates on the power supply plug or
in the wall AC outlet, a fire may result. Clean it
periodically. In addition, insert the plug in the wall
outlet securely.
• Switch off the power, and unplug the power supply
plug from the AC outlet for safety purposes when
cleaning or leaving the unit unused for 10 days or
more. Doing otherwise may cause a fire or electric
shock.
2. GENERAl DESCRIPTION
The S-D7802 is a PLL synthesized digital diversity wireless receiver capable of receiving the UHF-band
synthesized digital wireless microphones.
3. FEATURES
• Dual-tuner unit built-in wireless receiver supporting digital audio processing.
• Compliant with AES/EBU digital audio interface.
• Reception and reproduction of digital wireless microphone signals (S-D7000 series of digital wireless
transmission system) by means of digital receiving processing.
• 24-bit high-quality digital audio signal processing frees wireless microphone from compander-induced sound
quality degradation that may occur in analog systems.
• Digital receiving processing enhances confidentiality of transmission information.
• Equipped with a variety of interference reduction functions, resistant to radio interference and noise, ensuring
stable wireless reception thanks to digital diversity reception.
• Monitoring of the wireless microphone's setting information and remaining battery level using digital data
transmission.
• Performs remote control and monitoring by a PC via Ethernet.
4. HANDlING PRECAUTIONS
• The supplied power cord is designed for exclusive use with the receiver. Never use it with other equipment.
• When installing, keep the receiver as far away as possible from fluorescent lamps, digital equipment, personal
computers, and other equipment which generate high frequency noise.
• To clean, switch off the power, and then use a dry cloth. When the receiver gets very dirty, wipe lightly
with a cloth damped in a dilute neutral cleanser, then wipe with a dry cloth. Never use benzine, thinner, or
chemically-treated cleaning towel.
