14. RACK mOUNTING
Step 1. Remove the rubber feet from the bottom of the receiver.
Step 2. Mount the receiver in a rack with the supplied screws.
Notes
• The supplied rack-mounting screws 5 x 12 can be used for the TOA equipment rack only. Do not use them for
other racks.
• Be sure to secure the receiver with the reinforcement bracket when moving it in a mounted state in the other
company's rack or wagon. Shocks or vibrations during transportation may cause deformation of the receiver's
front panel or receiver failure.
• Provide ventilation to prevent heat from accumulating inside the rack.
• Position the receiver away from amplifiers or other heat-generating equipment.
• When mounting 2 or more receivers
in an equipment rack, be sure to
mount a perforated panel equal or
larger than 1U* size as shown in the
figure at right.
· Mount the perforated panels at the
top and bottom of the rack.
· Mount the perforated panels above
and below each stack consisting of
4 receivers and 1 distributor.
* 1U size = 44.5 mm (standard size)
