10.2. Received Signal Check by way of ID ON/OFF Setting

10.2.1. what is ID ON/OFF setting?

ID ON/OFF setting function is provided to check the radio wave condition of the receiving frequency when

interference occurs during use or when the new group and channel number is assigned to the receiver.

10.2.2. Setting procedures

Step 1. Display "6 UTILITY" in the Operation menu display.

Step 2. Press the Right key to go to the UTILITY MENU.

Step 3. Select "2 CHANNEL IDENTITY" using the Up and Down keys.

Step 4. Press the Right key to go to the setting screen.

Step 5. Select the unit for which ID you want to set to OFF using the Left and Right keys.

Step 6. Select OFF using the Up and Down keys.

Step 7. Press the SET key.

The setting is confirmed and an asterisk " " is displayed before the OFF indication on the screen.

In this event, if the radio signal of the same frequency is received, the Received signal

strength meter lights in response to its signal level regardless of the received data. Also,

dots "." of the numeric display LEDs in both the group and channel indicators flash.

Notes

• When checking existence of the radio signals from the adjacent channels, turn off the power switch of the

digital wireless microphone in use, then perform ID OFF setting operation.

• During ID OFF setting, the Received signal strength meter only lights in response to the received signal levels

and no audio signals are output. But even if the ID has been set to "OFF," the receiver outputs audio signals

when the ID contained in the received signals is detected to be the same as the receiver's ID.
