To caption channels (continued)
Press - or + to put a character "A" in
the 1st character space.
Press the button until the character
you want appears on the screen.
Press SET UP once to enter the 1st
character and to move to the next
character space.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 to enter the
2nd, 3rd and 4th characters "B", "C"
"D".
When the on-screen message at the
right appears, the channel caption
has been stored in the memory.

Repeat steps 1 through 7 for other
channels.
You can caption up to 32 channels.
The caption will appear when you
turn the TV on, select a channel, or
press the RECALL button.

Select the channel which has the caption you want to erase.
Call up the channel caption setting mode display following steps 2
through 4 in the previous page.
Enter "[blank]'' or in all character spaces.
