Check Printouts
Problem 1: Cannot adjust nozzle to correct blockage.
Solution:
Execute “Head Cleaning B”. (

Solution:
Install the printhead for this printer. (

Solution:
Open the upper cover. If the carriage is out, replace the printhead.

Æ P.6-22). If the carriage is in, close the upper cover, press the Online
button, select “Replace P.head”, then replace the printhead. (

Memory Overflow
Problem 1: Print job cannot be processed due to the large amount of data.
Solution:
Check and lower the resolution and quality settings in the printer driver.
Solution:
Use the banner printing feature to divide the job.
No Media
Problem 1: The media in the selected source has run out.
Solution:
Load the media then press the Online button. (
