TAD SETTINGS AND OPTIONS
Playing Incoming Message (ICM) and Recorded Memo (or Voice
Alarm)
KEYS to BE PRESSED
1. Press PLAY,
- The machine will play first the ICM,
then the Memo continuously from the
oldest one in ICM/MEMO.
- During the first one second that the
message plays, LCD shows the current
message number/total number of
messages.
- After one second, the LCD will show
the date and time it was recorded.
- If you want to play MEMO only, press
SHIFT + PLAY together. (Only for FAX-
820MC.)
- You can use (left arrow) to play the
message again. If you press the arrow
during the beeping before the message,
the previous message will be played.
- You can use ► (right arrow) to skip to
the next message.
2. Press STOP to exit.

Erasing Incoming Messages (ICM) and Recorded Memo (or Voice
Alarm)
There are two ways to erase ICM and Memo, one hy one erasing and all in one erasing (ICM and
Memo together).
One hy One Erasing
BE PRESSED
1. Press PLAY and begin to play.
2. Press ERASE before you hear the
beep, which means the beginning
of next message.
3. Press 1 to erase this message or 2 to
exit the function.
4. Press STOP to exit.
