*1

The error content of the sensor amplifier can be checked by noting the ON/OFF
state of each bit.
OFF (0): No error; ON (1): Error
More than one error may occur simultaneously. For details of each error, refer to

the

FD-M Series Instruction Manual.

*2

Details of output status can be checked by noting the ON/OFF state of each bit.

*3

If the instantaneous flow rate is above the upper limit of display range ("FFFF" is
displayed), the data will be NaN (exceeding the upper limit of display range). If
the sensor amplifier displays "ErH" the data will be "0".
The data is for "rESo" regardless of the display mode set on the sensor ampli-
fier.

*4

Data is read in minimum display units regardless of the integration display unit
set on the sensor amplifier. If the integrated flow quantity exceeds the upper
limit, the data holds the upper limit value.

*5

The data will be "0" if no temperature sensor is connected. The data will be NaN
(exceeding the upper limit of display range) if the temperature is above the
upper display limit ("FFFF" is displayed).

*6

The saved data will be the one just before "ErH" if the sensor amplifier displays
"ErH".

*7

The data is similar to the settable range for "rESo" regardless of the display
mode set on the sensor amplifier.

*8

If a value 100.0 is written, a warning is not issued even when the temperature
exceeds the upper limit of temperature display range, but it is issued only when
the temperature falls below the lower limit setting.

*9

If a value 000.0 is written, a warning is not issued even when the temperature
falls below the lower limit of temperature display range, but it is issued only
when the temperature exceeds the upper limit setting.

*10

If "analog output selection" is set to "standard", rewriting "free range analog
upper limit" or "free range analog lower limit" fails.

*11

Available only for FD-M (version A).

*12

An ASCII character string is sent back in response data (4 bytes). The data
types is DINT.
For "FD-M", the response is "46442D4Dh".
