11 Appendix 3: Default settings for Yeast samples

The settings below are suggested default settings for users with very high cell count. This

can be the case when Yeast fermentation samples are being analyzed using th e

NucleoCounter YC-100 instrument.

If the multiplication factor for Non -viable samples is changed, the new value is stored and

becomes the default multiplication factor for non -viable samples as long as NucleoView is

running. This is useful when e.g. Yeast samples are analysed, since pre -dilution of e.g. 50-

500 is common.
