Open the station key panel.
Press [SELECT] until the desired greeting is
displayed.
Example: ANS/FAX greeting
Display:
ANS-GREETING
Press [CHECK].
•After the beep, the unit will play back the
message. Adjust the volume using [VOLUME].

Press [SELECT] until the desired greeting is
displayed.
Example: Message transfer greeting
Display:
TRNS-GREETING
Press [ ERASE ].
ERASE OK?
