Transmitting documents to multistations
This feature is usefui when frequently sending the same documents to selected parties whose telephone
numbers are stored in direct cail stations and speed dial stations. You must program these stations into the
BROAD CAST key {direct call station 1).
Important:
• Before programming, make sure that the desired teiephone numbers have been stored into the direct call
stations or speed diai stations.
•The BROAD CAST key can be used as direct call station 1 or as the broad cast key.

Enter the telephone numbers.
a: Using direct call stations:
For upper stations 2-9, press the preset
direct call station key.
For lower stations 10-18, press [ LOWER I.
then press the preset direct call station key.
b: Using speed dial stations:
Press and the preset 2-digit number
(00-99).

•To enter other telephone numbers, repeat this
step {up to 117 stations).
Press [START/COPY/SET ] after entering all of the
desired telephone numbers.
Press (STOP).
Note:
• If you make a mistake while programming, press [STOP], then make the correction.
•Confirm that you have correctly stored the numbers by printing a telephone number list (see page 74).
