Pre-recorded greeting messages

The unit has pre-recorded greeting messages. According to the situation, one of the following messages will

be played to the caller.

■ When you do not record your own greeting message (page 47), the following message will be

played.

Hello! We are unable to answer right now.

To send a fax, please start transmission.
To leave a voice message, please speak after the beep.
Thank you.

When the unit detects a problem, one of the following pre-recorded greeting messages will be

played.

MESSAGE FULL

FAX MEMORY FULL

MESSAGE FULL

and

FAX MEMORY FULL
