Subwoofer
You can enhance the surround sound by connecting another
subwoofer page 47 for connection).
If you connect the subwoofer;
Press and hold [SUPER WOOFER] on the main unit until
“SUB W ON" is displayed.
If you disconnect the subwoofer:
Press and hold [SUPER WOOFER] on the main unit until
“SUB W OFP is displayed.
Q To down-mix Dolby Digital (5.1 ch) signals to 2
channels
Remote control only
Press [SHIFT] + [MIX 2CH].
To cancel, press [SHIFT] + [MIX 2CH] again.

Press [nDPL].
The button lights.
Remote control: Press [SHIFT] + [nGPL].

Press [□□PL] ([SHIFT] + [□□PL]).
The tight turns off.
Turn Dolby Pro Logic off when playing a DVD recorded with 5.1 chan
nel Dolby Digital. The surround effects will not be reproduced correct
ly if this is left on.
