12.3 SD Card Application Note

The Windows

®

SD memory card driver does not define the SD memory card as a standard harddisk. This

leads to approximate benchmark results. The size of the cards is shown with 8 MB and the information for
cylinders, sectors and headers is not reported correctly.
The following table gives an overview about some common SD cards.
