CAUTION: To avoid motor damage, this motor
should be blown out or vacuumed frequently to
prevent sawdust buildup which will interfere with
normal motor ventilation.

Frequent "blow ing" of fuses or tripping of circuit break
ers m ay result if;
a M otor is overloaded - O verloading can occur if you
feed too rapidly or if saw is m isaligned
b. M otor circuit is fused differently from recom m enda
tions - Alw ays follow instructions for the proper fuse/
breaker Do not use a fuse/breaker of greater
capacity w ithout consulting a qualified eiectrician
c Low voltage - Although the m otor is designed for
operation on the voltage and frequency specified on
m otor nam eplate, norm al loads will be handled
safely on voltage not m ore than 10% above or below
the nam eplate voltage- Heavy loads, how ever,
require that voltage at m otor term inals equals the
voltage specified on nam eplate.

M ost m otor troubles m ay be traced to loose or incor
rect
connections,
overloading,
reduced
input
voltage
(such as sm all size w ire in the supply circuit) or to
overly long supply circuit w ire. A lw ays check the con
nections,
the
load
and
the
supply
circuit
w henever
m otor fails to perform satisfactorily. C heck w ire sizes
and length w ith the W ire Size C hart below
