Redundancy Use Cases
This section describes several typical use cases to help you properly configure the redundant shutdown
sequence according to your needs.
Use Case #1
You want to have the longest backup time with the redundant configuration.
• Figure 87 illustrates the Dell MUMC default configuration available from Settings > Shutdown >
Edit Shutdown Configuration .
• Figure 88 illustrates the Dell Network Management Card default shutdown configuration available
from UPS > Shutdown Parameters.
