This menu presents choices about what you want included in an image report.

You can choose whether to include your gel image in the report, and whether
lanes appear over the bands. You can also include text annotations and
arrows over the gel image, to point out areas of interest.

This part of the report describes how the imaging was performed; the
Acquisition Information, Analysis Settings, Image Information, and any Notes
which the researcher has included.
