Specific Trap Type Code - 0x1A3
This trap will be generated when a previously attached bridging
port has been disconnected from a LAN. This is only appropriate
for ports that support the concept of a link state. The information
will include:
ctIfNumber {ctIfEntry 1}
ctIfPortPortNumber {ctIfPortEntry 1}
This trap will be sent when a link goes down.
