port’s receiver has missed receiving packets due to buffer space
shortages has exceeded the port’s limit.

Cabletron MIB variables include:

lxTxStormFlagTrap (5) - Sent whenever multicast storm protection
has been invoked for the port.

lxTxCongestsTrap (6) - Sent whenever packets destined for the unit
itself were discarded due to lack of buffer space.
