Caster Pivots

Lubrication: multi-purpose grease
Amount: until grease emerges
Caster Brakes
One UHMW brake piston each caster;
2 total.
Replace UHMW piston if its length is less than
32 mm (1

in). Also replace piston if missing, damaged,
tilted, or top of piston is visible.
Set bolt reveal (brake spring tension) to

in) for a new piston, as measured from
beneath the bolt head to the top of the weldment. Use
more tension as needed to eliminate caster vibration
during highway transport.
