In case you cannot receive Fax

Cannot receive Check if the phone line is
properly connected to the
outlet and the machine Connect the phone line
properly.

Check if the memory is
enough Check the memory.

Check if an external tele-
phone is connected After ringing, if you can
hear the tone from the
external phone, it is the
signal(CNF) from the Fax.
After hearing “beep” sound
from the phone(in about
2 seconds),hang up the
phone to automatically
move to the Fax reception
mode.
