Description on Rx Settings
Rx Settings Table
Fax Forward
The incoming fax can be automatically re-directed to somewhere else according to user-selected number and
options. This function is useful to receive the fax that is sent to your office during holidays at your home.
Fax Forward Setting
1 You can set Fax forwarded through [Settings] [Fax Settings] [Rx Settings] [Fax Forward]
[Fax Forward set].
2 Select to use Fax Forward by selecting 【On】or【Off】
3 Press【Save】 to apply the fax forwarding mode.
Off → Default
setting. [Fax Forward Set] is not used.
Fax automatically prints the incoming documents in this case.
On The incoming Fax is forwarded(re-directed) to specific fax number set by the
user.
Setting Fax Forward Number
1 Fax forward number setting is possible only when it is set to On through [Settings] [Fax Settings]
[Rx Settings] [Fax Forward] [On].
2 Save Fax forward number through [Settings] [Fax Settings] [Rx Settings] [Fax Forward]
[Fax Forward Number].
- The forward number remains effective until you change it to another number.
