Settings and changes of each function and additional functions

Confidential Rx
With this function on, confidential documents can be received to the fax machine only by the one who knows
the password.

You can decide on confidential reception through [Settings] [Fax Settings] [Rx Settings]
[Confidential Rx].

Press the button to select a confidential reception.

Press [Save] button to apply the selected setting for the confidential reception.

If you select On, additionally enter the password.
After entering 4 digit password by the number key pad, press [Save] button.
No. of Rings
You can select the number ringing tone that is used to transfer the fax to the receiver.

You can decide the number of rings through [Settings] [Fax Settings] [Rx Settings] [No. of Rings].

Touch 【◀】 or 【▶】 to select the wanted number of rings

Press 【Save】 to apply the selected number of rings.

The available number is 1-10 and the default value is 3.
Auto Reduction
The incoming documents are automatically reduced.

You can decide on the auto reduction through [Settings] [Fax Settings] [Rx Settings] [Auto
Reduction].

Press 【On】 or 【Off】 to select the setting for "Auto Scale".
