Step 1. Raise liftgate and remove two lower liftgate trim
push pins.
Step 2. Remove liftgate trim handle cover with a Plastic
Trim Removal tool.
Step 3. Remove liftgate trim handle screws with a 7mm
socket.
Step 4. Using a Plastic Trim Tool, pry off upper liftgate
trim and use your hands to release the mounting tabs.
Step 5. Using a Plastic Trim Tool, pry off lower liftgate
trim and use your hands to release the mounting tabs.
Step 6. Remove the two 10mm liftgate handle screws.
Step 7. Identify two liftgate handle mounting tabs.
Step 8. Depress the two liftgate handle mounting tabs
and remove liftgate handle.
