4. Click Add Member to add a new data type member.

5. In the member Name box, type a name for the data type member.

6. In the member Data Type box, enter the data type for the member.

You can also click the Browse button and then in the Select Data Type
dialog box, choose a data type for the tag.

Limit any arrays to a single dimension. See

7. (optional) In the member Description box, type a description for the data

type member.

8. If the Properties pane is not visible, click Properties to display the

properties for the data type member.

Tip:

You may have to click in the data type member again to display the properties for the member instead

of the properties for the data type.
