Light Kit and Wiring Installation
• Once the control box is mounted and the airlines are connected to the controller, the electrical wiring and
light kit can be installed. Improper wiring or operation of Aeris system can lead to the driver not being
aware the tire inflation system is malfunctioning.
• This section gives the basic instructions on wiring the Aeris system and routing the electrical wiring from
the power source to the control box and light. Hardware kit is shown below with items needed to install
wiring and light. See Figure 27
